It is their lightest Balance Trainer, designed for portability and performance. It also features a soft-touch cover for comfort, with a non-skid textured base for surface gripping.

What we like is they note it is easy to assemble and perfect for home gym and travel for enhancing strength, stability and core workouts wherever you go.
