We’ve seen the Total Gym shown over the years, especially late at night. It looked well constructed and intuitive and fun to do the upswing.

Turns out those things are what we found when we used it for a while. The upswing is a fun, fulfillinng stretch component and it is well made and sturdy. It doesnt seem to fold for storage as easy so we do leave it open. Overall really dig it, especially great value as most of the top lines are very reasonable. :)

We couldn’t be more impressed with the Liquid IV line of fast hydration powder lines. They are easy to mix in with a glass of water, hydrate well and super fast. We feel the additional mental focus for an hour or two as well. Super part of our daily items - we find it an essential and you might too. We love the strawberry and some of the star flavors - yum & effective!!

Ok we confess. We just love using some hot honey drizzled on and put in some of our favorite dishes. One of our faves is from Bushwick Kitchen. We highly recommend trying their ultimate trio which every hot sauce lover would find simple divine!!
